We are located at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI. Nursing Moms, Etc. is a retail store dedicated to help with all the needs of the breastfeeding mother, new mother, and the initial needs of the newborn during his or her first week of life.We also carry items for premature babies and some fun onesies for newborns!
Because we are a joint venture of the Women & Infants' Auxiliary and the Health Education Department we are different from every other retail store. As a non-profit store, all proceeds from Nursing Moms, Etc. fund teh operation of the "Warm Line" at Women & Infants Hospital RI. The Warm Line is a telephone assistance program staffed by RNs to help you with any questions and or problems with your new baby. This service has provided help and support for thousands of new mothers and you don't need to have been a patient at Women & Infants Hospital to call the Warm Line. Help is available 7 days a week, M-F 9am to 9pm and S-Sun 9am to 5pm, at (800) 711-7011.
